Customer Service Representative at MTCO

MTCO Communications is a local, family owned company providing quality home and business solutions for high-speed internet, voice, and TV service.  We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is excited to become an integral part of MTCO's Customer Support Team. This multi-functional sales and service-oriented role is responsible for customer development and assisting MTCO customers in making informed choices, solving problems, and improving their entertainment and online experience. Our CSRs become experts in the details of all of MTCO's services, enabling them to build customer loyalty, assess needs, and simplify the decision-making process for our customers by presenting practical and technical solutions that fit their needs.


By joining the MTCO Family, you will become part of a top-notch "get things done" group of customer oriented professionals.  We are searching for a positive team player, who will provide a courteous and patient demeanor not only with our subscribers, but also with our internal team.  To be considered for this position of MTCO's brightest new Customer Service Representative, you must:


  • Communicate clearly and accurately by telephone, e-mail and mail in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services.
  • Recognize customer needs and potential sales opportunities.
  • Champion the development and building of strong customer relationships.
  • Remain detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to independently make sound decisions based upon policies, knowledge and experience.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing and services and troubleshoot basic service issues.
  • Have 1-2 years prior work experience in customer sales/service or technical position.
  • Have earned an Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
